Refund & Cancellation Policy
Clients can cancel the order before we begin our services and we will provide full refund. Cancellation requests are accepted within 5 business days only from the receipt of the payment. All cancellation requests will be accepted only through business email. Orders cannot be cancelled after starting the services and full or partial refund is not permitted. Refunds will be made through bank transfer to the client’s bank account only. The refunds will not be paid to any other individual, company or entity.
The company has the right to cancel any order for the following reasons.
- If the order is placed by an individual below 18 years of age.
- Fraudulent applications
- Requests to sell illegal products and services as per the Indian laws.
- Any other reasons which are not accepted as per the company policy.
